Welcome to using our platform services. The following terms are designed to protect your legal rights and interests while clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties. Please read them carefully before placing an order:

Order Confirmation: After you submit an order and complete the payment, our platform will verify the order information (including inventory, shipping address, etc.) within 24 hours. The order will be officially confirmed once the verification is successful and an "Order Confirmation" notification is sent. If an order cannot be confirmed due to insufficient inventory, incorrect information, or other reasons, the full amount you paid will be refunded.
Product Information: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, images, and other information. However, due to factors such as lighting during photography and production batches, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the displayed content. The actual product shall prevail. If you have any questions about product information, please contact customer service for confirmation.
Return & Exchange Policy: You may request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the delivery confirmation time). The product must be unused and in a condition that does not affect its resale. Exceptions apply to special items such as custom-made products and food items. Privacy Protection: We will strictly protect your personal information (such as phone number, shipping address, etc.) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In the event of a dispute between you and the platform, we will first attempt to resolve it through negotiation with customer service. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the people's court located in the platform's jurisdiction for resolution.

Return and Refund Policy

To protect your legal rights and interests and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, our platform has formulated the following Return and Refund Policy. Please read and fully understand it before placing an order:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You must submit a return request within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the product (based on the delivery confirmation time shown in the logistics system). The product must remain unused and undamaged, with the original packaging and accessories (including tags, instruction manuals, free gifts, etc.) complete and intact, and must not affect the product's resale.

2. Return Process

Request Submission: Please submit a return request through the "My Orders" section on the official website, clearly state the reason for return and upload photos of the product as evidence;
Review: The platform will complete the review within 24 business hours. After approval, the return address and relevant requirements will be sent to you;
Return Shipment: Please ship the product back to the specified address within 3 calendar days after the review is approved. You shall bear the return shipping cost (except when the product has quality issues);
Inspection: The platform will complete the inspection within 48 business hours after receiving the returned product. Once the inspection is passed, the refund process will be initiated immediately.

3. Refund Rules

After the product passes the inspection, the refund will be returned to your payment account via the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
